Q: If there's any problems - what's your returns policy? A: Our returns policy states that a full refund or replacement is provided if your guitar is lost in transit, is damaged upon arrival, or is significantly different from that advertised (notification is required immediately upon receipt & item must be returned 7 days from receipt)
Q: If I want a custom design - how does that work?
A: Simply contact us with an idea you'd like as a basis for your custom design, then after a few days we'll email you with the draft/s. From there you can suggest any changes you'd like, further drafts can be created until you are 100% happy. Then the design will be painted & the guitar posted to you - from start to finish this process takes approx. 2 weeks
Q: I don't live in the UK - can I still buy one of these guitars?
A: Yes of course you can, the only difference is there's an extra charge to incorporate the extra cost of postage - please contact me for information, the additional charges are as follows:
Ireland :- £20
Europe (excl. UK & Eire):- £26
North America :- £52 etc.
