Q: How do I pay?
A: To ensure secure payment and customer protection all payments are processed via PayPal. To pay simply add to cart your items and proceed via PayPal's secure checkout process
Q: How long does the process take?
A: Once the order is placed it usually take approx. 7-10 days for the guitar to arrive on your doorstep -custom designs may take longer due to the drafting process
Q: There's a design I'd like but it's not pictured on the model I want
A: That's fine, you can have any design on any guitar model
Q: How much does it cost?
A: All guitar prices quoted include your choice of Ziva design plus free UK postage.
Q: Can you customize the guitar I already have?
A: Unfortunately due to a high number of orders we are no longer able to provide a commissions service
Q: If there's any problems - what's your returns policy?
A: The Ziva Returns Policy states that a full refund or replacement is provided if your guitar is lost in transit, is damaged, or is different to that advertised within 28 days of purchase
Q: If I want a custom design - how does that work?
A: Simply contact us with an idea you'd like as a basis for your custom design, then after a few days we'll email you with the draft/s. From there you can suggest any changes you'd like, further drafts can be created until you are 100% happy. Then the design will be painted & the guitar posted to you - from start to finish this process takes approx. 2 weeks
Q: I don't live in the UK - can I still buy one of these guitars?
