Q: How does it all work?

A: There's a simple process:

Choose the design you'd like > Choose the guitar model > Add to cart from guitar model page > Add any extra items to cart >

Checkout via View Cart > Once payment has cleared your guitar is painted & posted to you - simple!

Q: How do I pay?

A: Our preferred method of payment is Paypal as this provides you with more enhanced security when purchasing.

To avoid any potential security problems we do not accept credit cards. To pay simply "add to cart" & when ready checkout

Q: How long does the process take?

A: Once the order is placed & payment has cleared it usually take approx. 7-10 days for the guitar to arrive on your doorstep -custom designs take longer due to the drafting process

Q: There's a design I'd like but it's not pictured on the model I want

A: That's fine you, can have any design you'd like on any guitar you want (see guitar models available) pictures are just an example of the design

Q: How much does it cost?

A: The prices relates to the guitar model rather than the design. Details of prices can be found under guitar models available. Prices include the design plus free postage to the UK. All guitars are competitively priced as we believe they should be available to everyone

Q: I really want one of your designs but you don't have the particular guitar model I'd like

A: For just £59.99 we can paint guitars purchased elsewhere

Q: If there's any problems - what's your returns policy?

A: Our returns policy states that a full refund or replacement is provided if your guitar is lost in transit, is damaged upon arrival, or is significantly different from that advertised (notification is required immediately upon receipt & item must be returned 7 days from receipt)

Q: If I want a custom design - how does that work?

A: Simply contact us with an idea you'd like as a basis for your custom design, then after a few days we'll email you with the draft/s. From there you can suggest any changes you'd like, further drafts can be created until you are 100% happy. Then the design will be painted & the guitar posted to you - from start to finish this process takes approx. 2 weeks

Q: I don't live in the UK - can I still buy one of these guitars?

A: Yes of course you can, the only difference is there's an extra charge to incorporate the extra cost of postage - please contact me for information, the additional charges are as follows:

Ireland :- £20

Europe (excl. UK & Eire):- £26

North America :- £52 etc.
