Can't make it to our shop? For just an extra £11.99 we can collect & deliver your guitar back to you anywhere in the UK T&C's apply via the independant courier myHermes, with additional compensation levels available

Gift certificates are now available instore - so you can purchase a commissioned Ziva design for friends & family, whilst giving them the opportunity to choose

How it works

Purchase the set design of your choice

(stating your design & item type/model)

Bring your guitar instore to Windsor Row (off New Street) Worcester or purchase the collect & deliver service

Once received - it will be painted & varnished

Note: If you are ordering a custom design (rather than one of our set designs) you will receive a draft design via email prior to painting

You can then collect your guitar from instore or arrange for a delivery date

Commissions usually take 5-7 days depending on the design commissioned

Terms & Conditions for Commissions

We cannot accept any liability for loss/damage to your property while it is in our possession

We cannot accept any liability for loss/damage to your property in transit unless postal compensation has been purchased

If guitars are not sufficiently packaged for transit any compensation purchased will not be valid

Refunds cannot be provided once the instrument has been painted unless the design commissioned greatly differs from the agreed design
